Winter League Registration for people who have completed FALL LTC55+

THIS AREA IS FOR PEOPLE WHO TOOK PART THE FALL 2023 LTC55+ PROGRAM ONLY

If you were a participant in the Fall 2023 Learn to Curl 55+ Program. You are in the right place to select the league you would like to Curl in for the winter 2024 half season.

Tuesday Thursday Seniors League – Tuesday and Thursday Mornings 9:30 am start.

At the beginning of each half season Skips are chosen based on the registration numbers and then the skips draw their teams. This way the players and teams change each half and if you keep in the league you will eventually curl with all the members. When you register you can select your preferred position and if you want to be on a team with a partner or spouse!

Tuesday Doubles League – Tuesday evenings starting at 6:15pm

Doubles Curling is a quicker version of Curling where two player teams play against each other. Two rocks are put in play and then each team delivers 5 stones in an end. You need sign up with a partner to enter a team in this league. Many of us who play in the doubles league are also new to curling and we will teach you the rules as we play!

Wednesday Stick Curling – Wednesday afternoons starting at 1:00pm

Stick Curling is another two person version of curling that is very similar to doubles curling with the main difference that you MUST curl with a push stick in this league. As in the doubles league you need to register with a partner to join this league.

Monday and Friday Fun Leagues – Monday evenings at 6:30pm, Friday evenings 7:00pm.

Two separate leagues but the format is the same! Where some younger and some older, some new and some more experienced players come out to enjoy an evening of curling for the sake of curling. These two leagues are for teams of 4 or more players so you’ll need to have a team assembled before you sign up.
